It can get pretty crowded during peak hours, so it's best to call ahead and book tables at a specific time, and arrive there on time or they might give your table away to some other family. Kar Hiong is a tai chow Chinese restaurant. I love their marmite pork ribs. It has a thick consistency for sauce, and it's sweet with a tinge of spiciness. The pork is tender. I also like their steamed egg. The egg has a good and silky soft consistency.
